Nicole is the Managing Owner and dedicated Settlement Agent at Quality Service Settlements. With a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences, Nicole brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the industry. She began her real estate career as a Realtor in 2004 and continued through 2007 before her passion for real estate lead her to the title industry. She became a licensed title agent in Maryland and Pennsylvania. Her strong attention to detail, impeccable organizational skills, and commitment to integrity make her an invaluable asset to both clients and colleagues. With a proven track record of successful transactions, Nicole is known for her ability to navigate complex issues with ease. She is a trusted partner for individuals and families, guiding them every step through the settlement process to ensure a smooth and seamless transactions. She is a true professional who consistently goes above and beyond to exceed client expectations.
Jayme Thoman, Sr. Processor, Settlement Agent
Jayme joins the Quality Service Settlement team with an extensive title background. She has worked in the title industry since 1992 while earning her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology degree. She is a licensed Notary and Title Agent with a passion to continue advancing her skills. Jayme has become an invaluable asset to the QSS team with her meticulous eye for detail and dedication for effectively collaborating between buyers, sellers, real estate agents and legal professionals. She understands the importance of title searches, examining legal documents and ensuring clear ownership rights for our clients. Her goal is to ensure everyone is well informed through-out the transaction which has earned her an outstanding reputation for making the settlement process as stress-free as possible.

Kristen joins the Quality Service Settlement as a dedicated Notary Public and Jr. Processor. With a passion for ensuring accuracy and reliability in legal documents, Kristen brings a wealth of experience to her role including 15+ years customer service experience. She is known for her thorough attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
